Synopsis
In a slaughterhouse, the actual killing of an animal is a rapid act. Around this fatal moment, an entire factory must be maintained or started up, and this is where the greater part of the work of the employees lies. It’s by watching them as they clean up – a far more tiresome task than the actual killing of the animals – that this becomes clear to us.
