Synopsis
Nos anos 1970, o Complexo Industrial portuário Governador Eraldo Gueiros-Suape foi implantado na costa de Pernambuco. Ao longo dos últimos 40 anos, a população que ocupava originalmente este território, foi progressivamente deslocada. Na Ilha de Tatuoca, os habitantes que ficaram resistem, esperando uma proposta de realojamento digna deste nome. O filme trata deste eminente desenraizamento.

In 1981, a workshop was set up with the "Nùcleo de Documentação Cinematografica" of the Federal University of Paraíba in João Pessõa. In 2011, and then again in 2016, workshops were held in Recife on the issue of water.
