Career
French programmer
Born in France in 1964, Corinne Bopp graduated from the Fémis film school from the production department in 1992. She first worked as an assistant to Jean-Daniel Pollet (Dieu sait quoi 1993). She then worked as an assistant and production manager on dramas and documentaries, as a producer at Les Films du Village for 3 years, and as a programme officer at Arte's Documentary Unit in Strasbourg for 4 years. Since 2006 she has been General Delegate of the Rencontres du cinéma documentaire, organised by the Périphérie Association in Montreuil. She teaches at the Esec film school, La Fémis, Paris 7 university and the Université de Picardie - Jules Verne, and has been involved in Cinéma du réel every year since 2005 (selection committee, debates). She is also a member of the Ateliers Varan and contributes to the development and programming of the former trainees' festival, Après Varan.
