Synopsis
During the soviet era, a “city of the blind” was designed and built close to Tbilissi. Men, women and children came here from the Caucasian republics to work and live in adapted conditions. What is left today of this "City of the Blind" ?

The workshops set up in Southern Caucasus wanted to gather filmmakers from three conflict countries : Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, so they can work together.
